On April 8, 2018, Xu Jiamin, Secretary General of Nantong Municipal Government, accompanied by Mr. Ding Feng, Executive Vice Mayor of Rugao City and Lu Zhimin, Director of Rugao Port Management Committee, visited Yanghong, Nantong, to carry out the “Key Pilot Project of the Municipal Government” and “Nantong Yanghong Phase III Project” survey.
